Today after I used flight mode, my phone couldn’t open any application. I can not use it right now. I only see notification screen, I can’t call or reply. My phone is useless right now and I don’t know what is going on. Could you help me with this?

Hello, try to power off your device and turn it up again using both the Lock button & Volume Up on your iPhone 11.
If you're not able to do so try to connect it to a computer, or any power source and check if that makes any difference.
Last resort is to restore from iTunes.
