Region restrictions in Apple Music

I can’t play few of my favourite indian songs like album from jazz b romeo it says its only available in uk store why I can’t play songs from uk store or why all songs are not available for al region they are just songs that’s why i love spotiify more tha apple music I can’t even play my region songs *** man i just hate your app for this fix this or i will shift from apple music to spotify

We'd like to help however we can, but we'll need to confirm a few things to make sure we fully understand what's happening:

You mentioned it's not allowing you to play this specific album and a message shows 'only available in the UK'. We see a different message in your screenshot summarizing it's 'only available in India'. Please confirm which one shows currently.
Let us know to which country your Apple ID is currently set.
Have you already tried any steps, like a restart, or even making a backup/updating your iPhone? Just in case, here are the steps for both: Restart your iPhone and Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you're a member of Apple Music, and have another device, please confirm if you have the same issue on it if you try playing the same album.
