Screen size too large!

Screen size is too large when I open a website on my iPad Air 4. Have to scroll over over to read it. There must be a way to change the default screen size for Safari! Anyone know how?

Btw, its an iPad Air 4 with Wifi and Cellular.....that is not an option on “other devices”.
