Email on MacBook Air

When i delete emails(Yahoo) on my Macbook or move emails to a folder it does not sync to my phone or my HP computer. Yet if I delete or move emails on my HP or iphone, it is correct on the MacBook. PLease help me. I have been searching for an answer for days. I have done the Mail preferences suggestions.

When I delete mail on one device does not sync across all devices I just went thru and deleted almost 900 emails on my MacBook Air (Big Sur) and on my other devices it is acting as if I did not delete a singe one.. What is causing this
