Fossil gen 5 smart watch

fossil smart watch gen 5 won’t connect to my iPhone 12 pro max. Watch paired with my old XS max. Was not easy but I was able to connect. Now it won’t connect to my new phone. I’ve Hard reset both devices, redone load the app and toggled the Bluetooth on off switch. Nothing is working. My iPhone reads the device and both devices show the same pairing code. But won’t connect. Any help

You are going to be hard pressed getting an answer to your question here. This is because these forums generally focus on Apps made by Apple for Apple devices. You may get lucky and someone may be able to answer your question related to the Fossil Smart Watch however I recommend that you also post and inquire with Fossil's support team.
