Unable to install MacOS BigSur

Hello,

I've been trying to update my OS and keep getting this error message on my MacBook Pro (2017) because of the following error "No packages were eligible to install, Contact the software manufacturer for assistance"

Can’t update my Mac I’m having trouble installing my MacOS Monterey on my MacBook. Every time it’s loading its stops at 12 minutes and a notice pops up saying “ an error occurred installing MacOS, try again to complete the installation”. I tried so many times already, It’s getting annoying.

Try the standalone from the AppStore...
