Apple subscription

I keep getting withdraws in my bank account from Disney plus. I paid through apple during the summer and keep getting charged it makes me mad. I also tried to pay for one month of an app to teach me how to speak in another language and it charged me for a year. What should I do???? I already tried to cancel my subscription and I don’t use these apps anymore. I had to freeze my card because of this too. 😭😭😭😭
