Fonts are not clear and I'm getting boxed question marks in MAC finder and safari.
OS :Mac Mojave.
It temporary resolving after reboot machine but it is coming again after sometime.
Please see the attached screenshot.
Please help.
Please reboot in safe mode and see if you can Restore Standard Fonts from Font Book app.

Note: Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, and fonts not installed by macOS. It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility. And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.

I Updated the MAC OS Mojave to Catalina. Now working fine.
Great!, The Latest MacOS is BigSur. You may check and upgrade to it.
Have you installed any fonts lately?
