I purchased a new I phone 12 mini and am noticing that it is randomly freezing when I go to write a message or phone someone. I installed the new update yesterday hoping this would solve the problem but this morning it froze when trying to send a photo via WhatsApp . I have googled and done what it says which rectifies the problem temporarily but not permanently

I’ve got the same iPhone mini freezing issue (so do my friends with minis). Haven’t found a fix yet. There might be a slight correlation between the shift from landscape/portrait and freezing.
I’ve seen instances where my Lock Screen (or some app) is frozen and it looks to be portrait mode but it isn’t completely.
Will update the tread if there is a solution.
