Apple care

I am trying to set up apple care on my new iPad and pencil. Each time I try I’m being ask to enter a valid postcode. I’ve checked my address and it’s set up right so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do

Try online, not through your phones settings itself. I’ve just managed to add the coverage finally. As for the postcode error I was getting the same! Add a space, I.e. I am KA6 ***. 6 digits space in the middle. Hope this helps
