Gaining Access to Apple Business Manager

Hello,

I've recently started a new job and I've taken over the ownership of all of our mobile devices.

The issue is the devices are linked to Apple Business Manager but I don't have the login details for our admin account. The login details I have been left state they have expired.

Is there a way to regain Admin access to the account? My predecessor doesn't have any other details other than the expired credentials I've tried.

I really need to gain access to our account! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to contact Apple Support. When I started in my position, I was told we didn't have Apple Business Manager. When I tried to sign up, I got an error saying we already had one. I walked through the process with support. It took about 3 weeks to get through everything and verify that I should indeed get access. My local store rep was extremely helpful in the process.
