Missing product in delivery
What is the best way to deal with UPS and Apple for a high end apple watch that did no show up?
Basically I had an empty box delivered, not a happy camper!
Someone along the UPS delivery chain broke the seal on the box, removed watch and re-taped.
Both so far are passing the buck and I am very disappointed with Apple on a few levels.
My hope is Apple at some time in the future will be able to track the stolen watch and have the individual charged...that does not help me now or put this gift in my wife's hands in a couple of days!
