Apple Care expiry

My phones front screen is cracked and is in need of replacement. However, my Apple Care runs out on the 30/11/2020 and there are no appointments available for a same day repair which is needed as I go away on the 03/12/2002 and need my phone with me therefore not having a phone via sending it into a repair centre is not an option.

How can I get my phone fixed through apple care before it expires while still having a same day repair as it’s not my fault that there are no appointments available and I shouldn’t have to pay full price after my apple care expedites due to a of lack of appointments. Available.
