Slow WiFi connectivity iPhone 12 Pro Max

I see others are having the same issue. I first thought it was my cable/internet company but this iPhone 12 Pro Max is not maintaining the wifi signal and when it is connected the download and upload is slow. Last night I removed every other device from the network and It was just as slow. See below:
