Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I've been facing this problem for about 2 weeks.
All of the devices in the house have fast internet using the WiFi but the iPhone 12.
I've tried all of the suggestions I could find, but nothing really did anything.
I've only used this phone for 5 months so I'm quite frustrated at this point.
Any other tips please?

I checked and got the latest iOS update.
It worked! I have fast internet again. (I also unchecked the Private Address on the WiFi setting just to be sure bcs I saw a suggestion for it.)
It was weird as to why it happened though.
Before the update, my phone would only get barely 20Mbps to work while my old Macbook Air was browsing with 100Mbps internet at the same time.
Hoping that it won’t happen again!

Did you try a hard reset?
You can also restore your phone to factory settings. Then set up the phone as a new phone and not from a previous backup. This should solve your problem.
