iPhone slowing down home WiFi

I have a iPhone 11 with 13.6 software. I realized that every time I get home with my phone it slows dow our home WiFi by a lot. Anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

Maybe your phone is getting some update on the system and on the application. Try to go to your wifi setting click the (i) on the wifi that you use in your home. And try to enable the LOW DATA MODE.
