I can’t update my software in my phone. I can only see that I have the notification for it

I have a notification that I need to update my software but it’s fuzzied out (ex. When you can’t click the undo button as an option) Nor can I find any other way in my phone or any links provided in my software settings or websites leading to Apple sites
