i recently unenrolled my phone in the ios beta program but i keep getting the notification to update it. Every time i close my phone or swipe up to the notification center and swipe back down it pops up. How do i get it to not do that anymore?

When you unenrolled did you delete the beta profile? Go to Settings/General/Profiles (near the bottom), tap on the beta profile and delete it. Then restart your phone.
