Got a message saying another Iphone was using my account on iMessenger, is this a scam?

I was searching a site and a bubble popped up saying another Iphone was using my account on imessenger and imessages. Is this a scam?? I couldn't click on anything to check.

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14
