I can not update my iphone, I've tried going thru the steps several times with not luck, would like to come in to have done. it says I do not have enough storage even though I have deleted a lot of apps

Also, try unpairing and pairing your watch again and restoring from the backup. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
