if i have applecare + will i be able to exchange my current phone to get a new iphone 12 pro because i own an iphone 11 pro max

No. AppleCare+ is extended warranty for your iPhone 11 and has nothing to do with getting a new phone.


You can trade your iPhone 11 Pro Max for up to $500 towards the cost of iPhone 12 Pro Max, assuming your phone is fully paid for. If you owe any money on your current phone to your cellular provider or you financed it through Apple, it will have to paid off before you can trade it.
