Problem

So I got a apple gift card and decided to treat myself to some nitro first clicking on the $10 then the $5. Then $10 got charged to my account, went to apple support and got refunded and decided to buy the items again except I bought two things discord nitro, and roblox premium. Both $4.99, and to my surprise it still doesnt work and I didn’t receive my nitro or premium. I contacted discord and roblox and they both said that this was not their fault and that I should contact apple I want to know what’s happening because I’ve purchased both discord nitro and robux multiple times with no problem but now it isn’t working I was really disappointed when my subscriptions didn’t work. I am also worried that anything I purchase with Apple won’t work and I wont receive it so please I beg of someone to help me.
