Restore my iphone

I was updating my phone and now iI can’t start it. It say I need to restore my phone by connecting to my computer. If my iPhone has a virus, I don’t want to infect my computer,

Your iPhone does not have a virus. It needs to be restored to get back to normal functions. Connect it to your computer with confidence. You can connect to a Mac or a Windows PC with latest version of iTunes installed. Then once it is connected, follow directions.
