I manage to pair my macbook air (Catalina) with my iPhone X (14.4) but I don't have internet.
I tried resetting the network settings and change name of iphone, restart both devices, but nothing. This started with the previous iOS.
I cannot connect my ipad Pro. But I can connect both my mac and ipad to my wife's hotspot.

Contact your cellular carrier. They are the ones that support iPhone Hotspot. See that it is properly provisioned for your iPhone.

Thank you, I understood that. However, each phone on an account is provisioned separately, so it is very possible that there is an error on yours, even if you were provisioned in the past. It is quite easy for them to check your individual phone's provisioning.
