Hi

I have an iPad Pro 2nd generation with a Logitech keyboard. The software update to iOS 14.2 was done automatically overnight and the keyboard is no longer working.

is there a fix available? Anyone is encountering the same issue?

Hey! Actually looking at other discussions online, I found a solution. Go to settings and in the search bar type assistive touch. Turn off assistive touch. Hope this works for you too! Now my cursor size is back to normal and by act of magic (lol) my iPad is fast again. Sucks that assistive touch from Apple breaks the entire iPad’s functionality!! Definitely something apple needs to fix.

Hi Michael! I am also having the exact same issue. And the cursor is not a huge circle!! And doesnt work properly with the ipad when the cursor moves on top of apps. I tried everything like going to setting to make sure cursor size is the smallest, restarting the ipad, updating the logitech keyboard to the latest via the logitech keyboard app, even talking to Apple support, which they told me to rEsToRe tHe IpAd. This is terrible!! My ipad is my main computer!!!
