How can I get my playlist from iTunes to Music? I do not see them in Music. I do not subscribe to Apple Music.

If you have an iTunes library from a previous system you can press and hold down option as you launch Music, then browse to the iTunes Library.itl file to have it converted to a .musiclibrary database which works with Music.
