Delete devices
I want to delete devices but when I sign into my icloud on my android phone there's no devices listed..why??

If this is because you cannot play certain songs or download songs and you receive an error message saying you have too many devices. You actually need to do it through iTunes on Windows, or the Music app on macOS. Under the Account > View Account > Manage Devices.
Otherwise if you're trying to manage trusted devices, you need to do that at https://appleid.apple.com from any web browser.
