For last 1 week or so, my MacBook Pro(2017 v) is having a lot of fan noise and has slowed down considerably, it takes more time for safari browser to load and more time for loading a simple web page with no graphics take a minute to load

No changes or any system cleaning tools were applied. Unable to determine what's causing it and how to remediate it
