is System/Library/dyld safe to delete?

Hi, I've been trying to clear out space on my early 2015 MacBook Pro, and I see that I have 21.69GB of storage used up by "Other". I have dug around to see what had been taking up the most space and saw that System/Library/dyld was taking up over 4GB, which contained files such as "aot_shared_cache" and "dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h", etc. Is it safe to delete these files? And also, is it possible and/or is it a good idea to empty private/var/root/.Trash which is taking up 5GB?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

I have read about dyld thing from other sites,

TLDR: They are cached files created as you boot up your Mac, it will be created again even if you delete it. As it is part of macOS system files, it is recommended NOT TO DELETE IT.

I can't really give you detail information but you might interested to read them below:

and... the unusual way IF you wanted to delete it. [High Sierra but it is the same though... I am using CleanMyMac]

I think I can help until that, sorry for any incomplete answer here. I really wanted to know is it for development purpose or not for Apple Team.
