iTunes library sync wont turn on because Genius failed to update?

It says accessing iTunes library for about 3 or 4 minutes then give me this error "Genius results can't be updated right now. The network connection was reset."


I've literally tried everything. I did all the trouble shooting steps. Logged in and out of my iTunes account, tried to delete the genius.itdb file, I've tried unauthorizing and reauthorizing my PC to use my library, I've tried to I can't even turn on the sync and desync because it just wont turn on because it keeps failing at this step. I've tried uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes restarted my PC multiple times and nothing is working. What else can I do.
