Is there a reason why syncing stopped working?

Whenever I sync on my iTunes from my computer (Windows 10) iTunes tells me it is "Preparing to sync" for step 2 out of 4, after that happens it finishes quickly but nothing new had appeared that I added to my iTunes, it worked not a long time ago but after updating seemingly it stopped working.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 15
