I need my stuff too. I have a ton of banking transactions I need to access as well as passwords. I did not know this was possible or I would never have used the APP. Has worked perfectly for 4 years. Why did it die now? Has anyone resolved the issue successfully?
That’s sadly correct. The app is “abandonware”; its developer has disappeared. And it was such a secure app that no other product can extract its data.
Did you get anyone to help you? I am in the same predicament and I am so upset.

That is incorrect, I've been able to get some image back via iPhone Explorer and going to the directory
Were the quality of your images and video's diminished? I did the say and found they were.
When I did it I got the same quality but they were all from my old iPhone 6 so the resolution was nothing like now to begin with.
I’ve just used a program on my MacBook called imazing, it allowed me to open up my back ups and take the files out of the calculator app, then copy them to my MacBook. Got all the files back.
I really needed my files. it worked . thanks for your help .

I don’t have a MacBook is there any way of doing this on regular windows computer?
Also side note, it needs to be a back up, it won’t let you take the files from the phone plugged in.
