Got my answer?? Some of the members did ask some questions since Nov 2020. So yes maybe someone got an update and didn’t post it.

Did you mean to say you backed up your iPhone on iCloud or did you actually mean what you said, which was iTunes?

Yes, I backed up my phone to my computer using iTunes. I followed the advice from this article.
