Office 365 activation
I purchased Office 365 Family and are unable to install and activate a second copy on my second iMac . I have it installed but when I attempt to open it, it does not acknowledge the Microsoft act.

If you signed up for the monthly billing version, yes, it can be installed on up to five devices. But you will have to activate it on each device. This is done on Microsoft's web site. Sorry I don't have their generic link, but you do have a link where you would have initially activated it the first time. If you purchased a one-time-cost version, it is good for only one installation. However, it may be transferred to another device, but can only be used on one at a time. I hope this helps you.
Thank you for your prompt response. I purchased the Microsoft 365 Family version on the Apple App Store for $99 and it is supposed to provide activation for up to 6 computers. Unfortunately I am only able to us on 1 computer .
You may want to contact Microsoft for support on their product.
If my memory is correct, that option is for only one computer. I purchased the same option twice for my computer and my wife's computer.
