See if you can clean the keyboard using compressed air as outlined in this Apple article:

Make sure to keep the can of compressed air upright or you risk damaging the laptop with the cold wet propellant.
If this doesn't help, then you will need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider repair the laptop.
