I am trying to remove videos that I uploaded from my pc (iTunes) to my iPhone.

I am trying to remove videos that I uploaded from my pc by means of the synchronization of photos from iTunes to my iphone X, but the iphone does not let me delete them and when I remove the option to synchronize the files from iTunes and click on delete photos, then apply, these they are not deleted from my iphone

Connect your Phone back to iTunes and in the syncing setup, choose to sync an empty folder under the pictures section. That will remove all synced photos from your device. Anything that was stored there via screenshots, manual saves, or photos taken by that device will not be affected.
