Quickly get to top of inbox?

How do you quickly get to the top email in a list (inbox, for example)? Used to be that you clicked on the top of the column of emails, but that doesn't work with Mail using Big Sur

Big Sur mail - jump to top of inbox How do I jup to the top of the inbox (most recent email)? For example, if I have just searched for and read an email from 3 months ago, so that message is selected, but now I want to go back to the top of the inbox, or the most recent email I received. There has to be an easier way to get there than scrolling all the way up. With previous MacOS I could just click above the area just above the list of messages and immediately jump to the most recent email. Thank you.

MacOS BigSur Mail: How to move to the top of the list in mail? When I search in mail, it takes me to a particular mail in the inbox but I can not find a way to back to the top of the list in inbox other than scrolling back to the top. This is a tedious process. Is there a shortcut or a button to move back to the top of the inbox? Thanks!

I truly miss the single click solution. BTW, a 2 key solution is: Fn and left arrow key.
