Hi, my refurbished iPhone XS won't recognize my face. When I try to reinstall Face ID it say's that I'm not showing my face. I think it's an issue because it's an refurbished iPhone which isn't waterproof anymore. Is is possible to replace the TrueDepth camera?

In this case I would consider contacting the place you bought it from. If they cannot do anything about it and there is no warranty then here is a link to looking into getting it replaced with appleiPhone Repair .
If Apple can not do it I would suggest getting in contact with a third party repair centre.
