Update problem
I want to download Amazon prime and Disney + to my iPad, but it says I need ios12. My iPad says its software is up to date on 10.33. What can I do?

Your over 8-year old, iOS 10.3.3 iPad 4th generation is too old and has been completely unsupported for the past 2-3 years, or so.

If you need/want current, updated apps, then you to really seriously consider a new iPad model of a “newer” , used iPad model capable of running the latest iPadOS versions.
There are plenty of newer, older iPad models that can run the current iPadOS 14 versions.
