Header and Footer Numbers

I wanted to know how do we add header and footer the way it’s done in Excel. I found that in Numbers we make Header either as a row or column and in Excel it shows three boxes. I thought will convert the the file in Numbers to .xlsx and will get it. But the result was that the table just had a shaded row and no header and footer. Please help me out in thisSo l wanna how to add the header and footer as shown in the photo.
