just to add , I work in a place where phones can’t be taken into the facility leaving you to place them in your locker or in your vehicle for up to 12hrs a day. The phone would be 100% charged going into work as it’s hardwired to the apple CarPlay head unit in the car. The apps would be all closed down and then the phone placed on silent and popped in the locker for the duration. On returning after a 8/10/12 hour shift the phone would be between 70-80% charged then , the iPhone 11 Pro Max the 12 replaced would have been at 98% battery after a 12 hour shift.
the 12’s battery would drop 1% every 2-3 mins while doing little to no use while using such as checking emails , replying to texts etc... after answering voicemails left by folk a 3 minute call would cost you about 15% of your battery life and a VERY VERY warm and hand.
