Hello, I have recently purchased a new iPhone and I do not have the option to set up visual voicemail. With this number I was previously on an android device, (with visual voicemail) when I moved over to this iPhone I do not have access to my visual screen. It says call voicemail. The voice box message is the same, my old voicemails are still available, but only by calling and entering my password.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, Voice Mail all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

Since voicemail is a specific carrier service, contact your carrier and ask them.
