iPhone 12 Pro Max order is not proceeding

Hello. My name is Aibek. Bills to my sister Aida. This is actually present for her. Currently this order is not proceeding and payment still didn’t withdraw from Visa card. Is everything ok? Do I need to provide some additional information.

My payment was not deducted after ordering an iPhone I ordered an iPhone for my friend in Austin, TX for Christmas. I entered his address and his phone number, but paid using my card (I'm in India, paid via an Indian bank's card). My payment has not been deducted yet, and under order details > payment summary it reads "Pay in full with: VISA ****XXXX" and "Bills to: <my friend's name>". I don't remember seeing a payment on delivery option, and now I am afraid since it reads my friend's name under "bills to", he will have to pay. Am I missing something here? I can't even talk to the customer care since it is a US based number and I am in India.

Can you update the payment method on an order made in the Apple Store? I placed an order for an apple pencil and iPad, the pencil shipped but while waiting for the iPad I needed to order a new debit card. Now my iPad won't ship because my old card information is incorrect. But whenever I get ahold of support they say they recommend getting ahold of the bank (but there isn't anything wrong with my account, just that my card is new) or that all they can do is cancel my order that I've waited over a month for. Is this correct or am I not phrasing it right?

New order / iPhone 12 Pro Hello, Support team, I placed an order for two iPhone 12 Pro's on December 1st 2020. My Order ID is. The delivery is to my friend's home in Dubai, UAE. I have added all the required details and have chose my mode of payment as credit card. However, now the order is on hold as "there is any issue with the payment" -- can you please explain why? I would request you to action this immediately as the timing and arrival of the iPhone is critical. Hope the above is understood and described clear? Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Your credit card will not be charged until the product ships.
