iPhone 12 Pro Max order is not proceeding

Hello. My name is Aibek. Bills to my sister Aida. This is actually present for her. Currently this order is not proceeding and payment still didn’t withdraw from Visa card. Is everything ok? Do I need to provide some additional information.
