New order / iPhone 12 Pro
Hello, Support team,
I placed an order for two iPhone 12 Pro's on December 1st 2020. My Order ID is.
The delivery is to my friend's home in Dubai, UAE. I have added all the required details and have chose my mode of payment as credit card. However, now the order is on hold as "there is any issue with the payment" -- can you please explain why?
I would request you to action this immediately as the timing and arrival of the iPhone is critical.
