My iPhone gets hot during usage

Hi,

I updated my iPhone SE 1st Gen. to IOS 14 and the phone started getting hot during phone calls and high usage.

I tried restoring back to ios 13 but it gives me error.

Did you already try to set it back to factory settings, using the computer, without using the latest backup?

Downgrading to iOS 13 is not supported anymore by Apple.
