How to install Logic pro x in OSX High seirra in 2020

I have just recently reinstalled my osx high seirra and i did want to reinstall Logix pro x but its saying upgrade only in Apple store. when you click on it it keeps spinning.

I want to install Logic pro x in my mac os high seirra which is currently not installed
