Can't restore from backup.

I have restored , then upgraded to IOS 14.2 on my backup iPhone 6S. For some reason I'm getting the error "this icloud backup includes purchases from the app store that were made with a different apple id" when I try and pull my icloud backup down.(, see attached file.) Somethings changed since Ive done restores in 2020, 2019, 2018, etc. I have not downloaded any content and logged into this apple ID in the last 4 years, or actually ever. This email address is my sisters non family-sharing apple ID, so she could have purchased an app logging into her apple ID on my fathers family-sharing phone, and as we are all family sharing, maybe this has infected my download? Anyway, its impossible to search for apps in my history in iTunes/IOS/etc that used my sisters apple ID. The forum here just has a standard reply, check your download history. But this is impossible to search for a purchase by apple ID. As I said, Ive never had this issue before, and can't get my sisters password as she's in the USA. I just want to delete this purchase from my apple ID, but its impossible to find it on my phone. Or impossible to find it on any other devices in the family.

Hiya Eric, thanks for the suggestion. A couple of notes, firstly the purchases are made (on my sisters apple ID) so, she will get a rest password request from the apple servers. Secondly, the post you referred says "If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID. ", which brings me back to the core issue, that I have downloaded 400 apps over 8 years, and there's a single app purchased on her apple ID thats all of a sudden corrupted my icloud backup. There's no possible way to see the apple ID's associated with this particular purchase on iTunes/IOS/etc. So really, its checkmate for now. Some policy has changed within which prevents a restore from iCloud backups , when there's a rogue purchase from a different apple ID. BTW. When Im restoring my iPhone backup gets stuck on the screen shot I uploaded above.
