Refund

I paid for an item on Depop which is an online store where people sell their things. I paid for something five days ago and it still hadn’t been shipped so I tried to message them and they weren’t replying so I read their reviews. All people being scammed and money stolen without sending the items. I really need this refund even if it is only £20 as it was a Christmas gift and I now have to buy something else and can’t without the refund as I’m out of work. Please, any help would be appreciated.
