How to Make a Contact Smart Group that Combine Two Groups (not cards)

I want to make a smart group that automatically includes contacts from two (or more) separate groups.

However, when I create a smart group, it only allows me to choose fields from cards, and the contacts within the two groups literally have nothing in common.

Does anyone have a work-around to do something like this?

Sharing Contact Info - select portions to share vs. hide? When sharing a contact, is it possible to only share selected portions of the card? For instance, sharing my own info. I keep many phone numbers, relationships (for Siri purposes), addresses, etc. in my own contact card. However, when sharing it, I only want my mobile number, office number, and 2 emails shared. Is this possible? Or do I need to keep an entirely separate contact for this purpose? Of course if it's just for my own contact, that's not a big deal. If it's for someone else, I don't want duplicated contacts for everyone. Thanks!
