Can't log into different account on Apple TV Hulu app

I used to alternate between Hulu accounts on my Apple TV Hulu app (this was before the allowed for more than one profile), by simply logging in and out of these accounts.

Now I'd like to login and use my original Hulu account. However, the Apple TV Hulu app will not let me change the account being logged into.

In the main log in screen, it has autofilled in the email address to an account that no longer exists. It will not let me change the email address that corresponds to the address I would like to use.
